WynterCon is a registered educational charity that runs events and workshops within the creative Art spectrum in all forms.
As a Charity, we promote diversity and help those in our local community to thrive. To find their confidence and achieve. Through creative inclusion, we help people to try and reach their potential and become more connected with their communities.
In September this year, we are returning with our 5th annual convention. An award-winning destination weekend bringing together members of these various communities from all over Eastbourne and the UK to celebrate their passions and interests. This fundraising extravaganza is a family orientated event that brings joy to the hearts of all those who attend and helps to raise funds for the work we as WynterCon do.
Seeing people grow just by being allowed to be who they are without the restriction of their backgrounds or circumstances is truly remarkable.

Team T-Shirts & Lanyards.
WynterCon is run not only by the core personnel but also by a vast team of volunteers, all of which are dressed in branded t-shirts. Get your logo onto these shirts, 100 in total, for just £800
Another great opportunity is to get your logo on the WynterCon Lanyards worn by every official, guest and stall holder. These are designed as collectables and cherished by all those who have one. There will be a run of 1000 which represents great value for a £600 sponsorship.
Opportunities have now opened up to sponsor various parts of this event and promote your business. These areas are free for visitors to use and have proved very popular over the years. These are not just through traffic zone, they are designed to be ‘sticky’ keeping guests happy and ensuring the sponsor’s name is front and centre.
Jedi Fight School & Wand Workshop Activity Area:
Where visitor will learn how to handle this elegant weapon from the Star Wars universe, and potential witches and Wizards come together to train in the art of wand craft.
Circus Skills Zone: Specialist circus performers are on hand to give everyone the opportunity to try their hand and Bit Top performance skills.
Steampunk Zone: This ever-growing community has its own area with stalls and tea duelling, familiar flinging and other genre-specific games and activities.
CosPlay Zone: People from all over the country come to dress up and celebrate their favourite characters from the worlds of film, TV, and games. With workshops and a competition that runs for the entire weekend.
Game of Thrones Photobooth: The throne of swords is back!
Sponsorship for any of these zones is only £1000 which includes your company name being used in promotion of the Zone, on social and print media.
This year we are opening up a new fantastic new opportunity to promote your business at Eastbourne premiere annual attraction with the addition of 2 prominent logo walls. For an investment of as little as £150 your company logo will appear on walls at 2 locations.
Front of House: Located by the entrance outside the Big Top, so that every single person visiting, (over 3500 last year) or passing the WynterCon tent will see it.
Internal: The logo wall will be positioned in a premium space with heavy footfall, doubling down on the impact from the entrance wall.
Whatever level of Sponsorship you commit to, your logo and business will feature on the WynterCon website and feature win our social media.
Discounts will be available for packages where more than one sponsorship opportunity is taken by an individual or business.
