- Prepare a long-term vision for our Town Chamber at our 150th anniversary
- Provide strong financial, risk and strategic governance
- Forming strong alliances; EHA, the BID, ACES and the FSB
- Building relationships with Local Authorities and MPs
- Town centre regeneration and sea defences
Business Support & Representation
- Promote wellbeing & mental health
- Member engagement, connecting & understanding, developing Future Leaders, International Trade, and Growth
