Skylark, on Grove Road, Eastbourne is to collaborate with award winning local brewer, Long Man for a one-off ‘Meet The Supplier’ dinner.
Skylark, which has a passion for working with the best independent local producers for their food and drinks, has created an evening celebrating their partnership with much-loved local brewer, Long Man.
The evening will be hosted by Stephen Perrin, head brewer at Long Man, a brewery in the heart of the South Downs that puts sustainability centre stage in producing award-winning beers.
The dinner will feature five courses, each especially created for the evening and pared with a beer from Long Man, chosen by Stephen Perrin and Sales Director Tom O’Neill.The exclusive collaboration takes place on Friday 8th March at 7pm.
