Plastic Free Eastbourne marks World Refill Day with drinking station offer

Plastic Free Eastbourne has celebrated World Refill Day in various ways over the years.

|This year, the organisation is giving away water fountain/ refill stations .

The drinking stations are in the form of a Dolphin and are made in Cornwall by the charity "Our Only World". The "Dolphin" part is made from recycled discarded fishing nets and the rest is made from stainless steel.

To qualify for a free fountain, you will need to be a business or organisation such as a school, shop, hotel or B&B; or a community group. You would need public accessibility and have nearby access to a water supply and drainage. Your refill station will be installed along with a water meter and safety stop valve. You would need to maintain it. You may wish to make a donation towards this provision.

Launched today, to celebrate World Refill day, the offer will run until PFE has given out all of their refill stations.
