Watch out for a text message from the NHS telling you that you have been exposed to the Omicron virus. It is very plausible and refers you to request a free PCR test.
The website asks for your name, address and date of birth. It tells you a PCR test kit will be sent to you but requests £1.58 for postage and asks for your credit card details.
Don't be fooled, this is a scam.
You can still get lateral flow kits from your chemist and they will help you request the correct government code to get it.
