Port Hotel Summer Menu

Whether you want a quick breakfast, lunch with friends,  pre-theatre cocktails or a business dinner with colleagues, you should try out the amazing food at Port.

This April's new season menus include modern classics like:

  • Chicken & bacon rillettes, pickles, radicchio (GF)
  • Locally smoked salmon, beetroot remoulade (GF)
  • Trenchmore Farm Sussex X wagyu bavette steak, mixed leaves, house dressing (GF)...choose from bone marrow butter or chilli & lime butter
  • Seafood stew with tomato, fennel & white wine, toasted sourdough, Gochujang rouille, and Mayfield Swiss style cheese (ask staff for details of this weeks catch)

Mouthwatering vegetarian dishes include:

  • Cauliflower & onion pakora,coconut yoghurt raita (Ve)(GF)
  • Golden beetroot hummus, Nigella seed crispbreads (Ve)
  • Homemade ‘silk handkerchief’ pasta, pepronata, wild garlic &pistachio pesto, Twineham Grange cheese (V)(Ve)
