the DWP have signed a five-year lease for the use of 1 Grove Road. They will be accommodated alongside Sussex Police Staff and, what with the increase in EBC/LDC staff working from the Town Hall and the Point, should spell good news for the local shops and cafes in the area.
This is great news for the businesses in the Grove Road area, who should see a higher footfall from September.
