Join us for the European Movement dinner and talk

"The European Movement UK has spent the past 75 years upholding European values, advocating for our shared interests, and pushing for friendship and cooperation across borders"

On Wednesday 10th April, the European Movement is back at the Hydro Hotel for a seasonal two-course meal and a topical talk and discussion.

This month’s Speaker is Margot Black, Head of Philanthropy Arts & Sciences, King's College University of London.

She will be in Eastbourne to talk to the European Movement about the post-brexit university landscape.

Brexit has huge implications for academia, from arts to sciences, from medicine to AI: the moral, philosophical and economic outlook for our country is continually changing.

As ever, there will be time for discussion, after what promises to be an enlightening talk from Margot.

The European Movement was founded in 1947 by Winston Churchill to promote peace and prosperity in Europe.

Neither the European Movement or the Chamber of Commerce has allegiance to any political party.
