Our speaker, Dr Maria Garcia, is Professor of Trade Policy and Economics at Bath University. Her after dinner speech will talk about our place in the global economy and the 'Geo-Political Shift' we have experienced over the last few years.

Pan roasted Supreme of Chicken with caramelised shallots, chestnut mushrooms, cocotte potatoes and a sage jus.

Warm apple crumble with Engllsh custard.
