Understanding Anxiety – Your Frightened Friend
You will learn what anxiety is and why it is a normal response to the environment. A good grasp of this is a vital first step on your path to healing.
How to reduce your Anxiety.
Once we know what anxiety is, how to frame it and why it seems so unhelpful we can begin the important work of reducing it. I will demonstrate a number of proven techniques that I use with individual clients in my psychotherapy sessions. As I tell them,
“I don’t know which ones will be the powerful ones for you but some will work for you and that’s all you need to get your life back”.
Building on your learning and the tools you now have, I will teach you techniques for self-hypnosis. You will also receive a 20 minute hypnotherapy session so if you can, have somewhere comfortable to sit for this.
