Join us on Friday 25th January 2019 for our bi monthly networking lunch This event provides a great opportunity for business networking with other members of the chamber as well as a delicious 2 course lunch.
BBQ Ribs – Skillet of ribs in our own marinade
Halloumi Sticks With spicy mayonnaise
Homemade leek and potato soup (can be made vegan on request) – Served with a crusty roll
Homemade Potted chicken liver Pate – Served with homemade onion marmalade and a warm baguette
Mini Vegan Platter – Falafel served with houmous, roasted peppers, butternut squash with pine nuts and pitta bread
Slow Roasted Sussex Lamb Shank – Cooked in our ale served with a rich gravy, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Homemade cheese and red pepper quiche – Served with full salad and new potatoes
Beer battered cod & chips – Served with chunky chips, peas, tartare sauce with a salad garnish along with a wedge of lemon
Homemade locally sourced steak and ale pie – Served with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Country Mushroom Pie (Vegan) – Served with fresh vegetables, roast potatoes and a jug of gravy
