The Airbourne Lunch is one of our most popular networking events. This year we increasing capacity and we are taking two rooms at The View Hotel.
This booking page is for the Horizon Suite – 3 course lunch with silver service for £55
Enjoy a drink on arrival, a three course luncheon and of course the amazing air displays – all from the comfort of The View Hotel and access to the roof terrace.
Roasted sweet potato and carrot with honey and rosemary crème fraiche (V)(GF)
Chicken liver and cognac pate, apple and cider chutney, roquette salad and toasted brioche
Smoked mackerel and horseradish pate, watercress salad, pitta crisps and roasted garlic oil
(GF option available)
Roasted breast of chicken, sage onion and sausage meat stuffing, goose fat roasted potatoes, roasted root vegetables and red wine jus
Smoked haddock and cheddar fishcakes, sundried tomato pesto, baby leaf salad and shaved parmesan
Brie, hazelnut and cranberry wellington, roasted baby potatoes, braised red cabbage and red wine gravy (V)
Chocolate trio torte with baileys cream and raspberry compote
Baked vanilla cheesecake, vodka soaked berries, caramelised orange cream
