Easter-Bourne – The Great Bunny Hunt!
Rumour has it that the Easter bunny and a group of fellow bunnies have been playing hide and seek in the town and they have been driving the Eastbourne Borough Market traders mad with their cheeky antics. So much so that on Wednesday 12th April the market traders are holding an Easter Bunny Hunt!
Children of all ages are invited to come and participate in the hunt with lots of prizes to be won. Not only can the kids join in the fun of the hunt but there will also be live music and entertainment. Face painters will also be on hand to raise money for the Children’s Respite Trust. And of course, you will also be able to buy fantastic Sussex produce, tasty street food and great gifts from our local traders.
Luke Johnson Eastbourne Borough Market Supervisor said "I'm hopping mad with these bunnies. They are eating our fruit and veg, hiding in handbags, nibbling our freshly baked carrot cakes, and dancing on our German sausages! So please do come along and help me find those bunnies!"
The fun starts at 11am in Terminus Road so make sure to come and register at our information tent outside Marks & Spencer where you can pick up your free entry form and begin the hunt which stays open until 3pm!
